c. Payment Disclaimer

  1. Trade Hub Nepal is not liable for payments made directly to sellers outside the platform.
  2. Buyers are advised not to pay in advance unless the seller is trusted or the platform payment system is used.

3. Shipping Policy

b. Shipping Methods & Timeline

  2. Buyers should confirm shipping details with the seller before making a purchase.

c. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping costs are determined by the seller.
  2. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

d. Delays & Liability

  1. Trade Hub Nepal is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during shipment.
  2. Buyers should track shipments through the courier provider and communicate with sellers for updates.

4. Dispute Handling

  1. Buyers and sellers should resolve disputes regarding cancellations or shipping directly.
  2. Trade Hub Nepal may assist in facilitating communication but cannot enforce refunds or deliveries.

5. Policy Modifications
